The business are growing rapidly and there is great opportunity to progress for those who show willing and commitment. The business is very well structured and organised.

Minpunten

A lot of ex employees leave slanderous reviews because they haven't worked the correct hours, clocked in or followed procedures which gives the business a really bad reputation which isn't correct.

reasonably easy going and the office manager is lovely

Minpunten

no training, takes an age at time for your area manager to take your details for payroll and they still manage to get it wrong, no final wage payment, wage slip or P45

My line manager is an idiot who never picks up the phone, never brings chemicals or any training. I've worked here for 6 months and I've not seen my manager or anyone else since my interview! Pay is absolutely disgusting and degrading. The client I work for is seriously unhappy with SMC for never sending cover or communicating with them. They also didn't even bother to give me a reference for let alliance so I ended up homeless because they couldn't be bothered to open an email. Honestly disgusting company.
