Employee morale should and could be better. Company should invest more into there top employees and employees who show initiative to grow.

The pros were that they really let you get away with a lot, and there is a good amount of leniency.

Cons are a lot. Most of the engineerings left to other companies, the ones that are left honestly suck or are too busy they can’t help. There is no direction or support. On Top of that there’s never work and constant layoffs. Managers run the company like a sweat shop and love to argue about product not moving when it’s their fault. They also have people in roles that have no prior degrees or knowledge on what their doing.
