I worked at Soul of Pluto and had a highly unprofessional experience. HR misleads candidates by promising a 5-day work week, but once you join, you're expected to work all 7 days without proper compensation. They also don’t disclose their 1-year bond during the interview process, and if you resign before completing it, they withhold your salary and refuse to provide an experience letter. The work environment is toxic and disorganized, with zero structure or professional boundaries. In my case, I was falsely accused of stealing business ideas without any evidence, which was not only unfair but mentally draining. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and respectful workplace.

Nice working hours and friendly staff.

Bad at salary hikes, managers ignore the issues and try to blame the agents instead of solving them all the time.
