Suspicious culture .. probably because a lot are old staff with legacies and generally very insecure. Career [progression is dependent usually on who has your back.

Pay, and benefits. Easy to advance if you are determined. Need to have good attendance to move up.

Not structured. Need to add structure and an easier way to find items on the portal. Update the website as well.

Favoritism towards employees and superiors. Some superiors hardly know how to do there job and they play around too much .
