Very laid back, jeans and t shirt to work. Managers are nice, somewhat approachable. Co workers were helpful although some did not seem qualified. very good 401k matching

Minpunten

not clear management structure, very boring at times. A lot of older employees that have been with the company 40+ years, did not see room for advancement

SRP gave me stability, experience, and the chance to build real skills. I had positive experiences there, and I’m grateful for parts of it. But I’m also realizing that the environment doesn’t always operate from a positive or growth-minded place, and I have to be honest about what that has cost me

The con is not that SRP is a bad place. The con is that it can give you stability and experience, but not always a clear or fair feeling of movement. You can give a lot, build a lot, and still feel like you’re waiting for someone to finally see it
