The environment is a lot more light hearted that other jobs. The motto is make money, have fun, give back. And we definitely have some fun. It gets busy during the summers especially depending on where you are but there is generally a lot of opportunities to travel or stay busy and I like that.

Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
