Pay is decent. Work environment decent.

They give you a lot of responsibilities right a away and they have a good mentoring system, you can learn a lot and get to be really efficient in a very litter time cause they will make you work it.

In general they are very tacky with money so low pay, no coffee or food at the office, controlling all the time your vacations and sick days. Everybody that have left the firm has had problems to get pay since they try to make up any excuse to avoid the payment. They are very strict and demanding, you can get yelled at anytime and in general there are bad vibes near delivery times.
