Destroyed US leadership Clueless about how to make hybrid model work, between work from home and onsite presence Brain drain due to low pay

Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
