I enjoyed my time at Sabre. I had a great team that I learned a lot from. I would definitely recommend working here. Introducing new technologies is always welcome. Great atmosphere and lot of social events.

Minpunten

Sometimes it's hard to find a owner of a resource and you end up playing detective finding people responsible. Requesting various things takes some tims. Depending on a project the technology stack may not be cutting edge, but no one will hold you back if you want to upgrade IT :)

Frequent layoffs Unreasonable work expectations No upward movement Low pay vs market Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours. Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
