They were acquired by a larger company.

Great Company to work for. The only company I have worked for where there was little to no drama.

Bought by a private equity firm and then the company was run to the ground. A lot of unhappy employees and several have left the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone on the planet now. Very sad.
