the clients are the only pros to the organization, and maybe the odd staff that are left
Minpunten
Where to begin….I’ve worked under three CEOs across many years, and the rapid decline of the organization is saddening. (1) it is clear that management does not care about staff - example: I have been forced to work 24 hours straight without any overtime compensation (2) management does not care about clients - example: makes clients pay for things that are basic human rights (interpreter services) (3) CEO cares more about pockets than kids - example: no money for outing but money for marathons. Kids have not been on any outings in over THREE YEARS. Got money to fix up a pool at a location and not even that the kids could go to. They take “additional duties as required” to far - example: help paint a wall. That is not in anybodys job description. I used to think the DPPP was the problem. She’s not. She’s always just the bearer of bad news. It’s the CEO. The old CEOs acknowledged staff. Catered dinners when staff worked holidays. Ensured kids went out and had fun. Cared about the quality. She would be mortified if she saw the current state of the organization. Many directors but only one that actually adds value to the organization. Would love to know what two new directors ACTUALLY do. My last straw was being completely disrespected and undervalued. I would recommend a acquaintance to work at Walmart then here even though they offered $1000 for referrals.
