Stable paycheck every week, decent benifits, although becoming very expensive for the employee. If you like to travel, this one is for you. Safeway does present the opportunity to move laterally or up if you are qualified.
Minpunten
Very poor work life balance. Senior management chooses not to see the difficulties created for thier employees due to the SM's decision making. Upper management seems to generally ignore suggestions form rank and file employees.
