      Pluspunten

      Lean organization translated into broad job responsibilities and opportunities. Very diverse and international employee base, mainly due to Spacenet acquisition, which made it an interesting place to work.

      Minpunten

      Resources were often limited, as was the skill set or scope of the employee base. This meant there were sometimes challenges in developing products in a timely manner.

      My tenure there was exceptionally positive. I found the culture and the work environment to be highly supportive, I didn't encounter any significant drawbacks. It was a role that aligned well with my professional values and allowed me to focus entirely on delivering results.

      I think the salary was decent for someone without a similar work experience.

      The managers and majority of the people here are not nice! Or maybe that depends on which department you're working in. But my experience with our manager and department was awful! Everybody was unpleasant! If they're not in a bad mood, they're in a terrible mood!!! It's like there's no positivity here. People were always hostile and unfriendly!
