Needed a job cause I was out of work. But it gave me time to find a better job and coworkers were nice. This is a good place to be HR cause you get lots of experience hiring people.

Minpunten

Pay was so low I made more on unemployment. I couldnt afford to work for them even from home. PTO is so choked you only get 5 days at most in 1st yr and no sick days.

My experience was challenging due to inconsistent guidance and unclear documentation requirements. There were situations where quality expectations seemed to change depending on who was providing feedback, making it difficult to feel confident that work was being completed correctly. Communication between teams and leadership could be improved to ensure employees receive consistent direction and support. Training and ongoing coaching varied depending on the individual providing assistance, which sometimes created confusion and unnecessary stress. For a role that requires accuracy and attention to detail, having clear and standardized expectations is essential.
