Pluspunten
Decent sales training. Learned some new information and made a couple friends
Minpunten
You have to pay $2500 USD to work at this commission-only sales position. Commissions have been slashed down. Unrealistic targets to get the same commission as before, which only three out of HUNDREDS of salespeople have been able to attain in a month. Business is declining. The ship is sinking. Might be time to look for a new job. Company has a very poor online image and reputation. Discourages lots of prospects from moving forward. Work culture is toxic. Everyone is out to get one another. The commission environment puts a stress on people and they will do anything to get paid, including stab colleagues in the back. Every man for himself type of environment. They showcase the best salespeople as case studies but these commissions were largely achievable in the company's "golden year" of 2019. Only one person is earning great commissions, but even he can't do it for more than a few months of the year. The majority of salespeople are earning far less than the jobs the company makes fun of in the training documents :) the irony... Management does not spend time updating sales training for the team. All content is old, from 2018 or earlier Terrible work culture. Long 14-16 hour days. No weekends. Management doesn't value sales guys. We are all disposable. We can all be replaced on Indeed at any time, yet we are expected to perform at a world-class level...
