      Managers pick people based on favorites, they look on "productivity" without considering outside factors, when things are slow they lay off people.

      It paid well, it was easy work, offer benefits like medical, 401k etc.

      Really long hours, you’re traveling a lot in some areas (I actually loved traveling but you do miss ALOT at home)
