Okay benefits; the Simple 401k chosen has excellent growth potential.

Minpunten

Small business, so the owner has his hands in everything. Trust that the people he has hired are not fully trusted. The confidence in his employees is lacking even if they are good what they do. If you disagree, you are now not on the "Christmas list".
