You as an employee are treated worse than the dirt under managements shoes. Used ton be able to work as much as you wanted but know they are hiring till they get enough people so you only get 40 hours. So if your looking for a place to make money this would not be the place anymore. They set rules and then don't follow them. They don't enforce them. Certain people get away with not following the rules and the rest get jumped on the minute you're not following rules. New hires come in and don't feel they have to do certain aspects of the job and management does nothing about when you bring it to their attention. The newer hires expected the people who have been there for awhile to pick up after them ALL the time. They DO NOT want to pick up the pace. I could go on but this is just some of the crap you put up with everyday.
