A few bad apples have ruined the bunch. Some newer merger employees shouldn't be mentors or supervisors. Very high school blame game on the people from the recent merge. Lots of favoritism with upper management who make it all about politics and not performance. Lots procrastination not taking responsibility for their own work or actions then throwing others under the bus to deflect their work.
