      There are a variety of customers that are supported so you get to meet and work with all types. The schedule I keep is pretty flexible.

      Minpunten

      You earn 1 day PTO per month, it never increases. There are no benefits. The company does not invest in any training for staff unless it is free or you sign a contract to reimburse them for training if you leave the company. All employment requirements, compensation, are bonuses are verbal contracts and the owner / management changes them at will, negatively impacting the employee.

      The people and companies you get to work with can make it rewarding from a customer service aspect, but nothing more than that.

      Minpunten

      This place is not what it promises to be. Advertised as having training and starting at tier1...more like throw you into the fire second day in. The direct supervisor is near impossible to contact which makes asking questions very difficult. Instead you get stuck twiddling your thumbs, hoping to get an answer at some point in the day.
