There is real opportunity to move up if you put in the work. The office itself is beautiful, with amazing views, and the perks are genuinely strong. Working from home on Thursday and Friday is a real blessing and makes the hybrid setup very livable.
One thing I really appreciate is that you can start in a BDR role even without prior sales experience. ScalePad looks for good people with strong character, not just a specific resume, and then gives you the coaching and support to ramp. The Wednesday social hours are a highlight and a great way to connect with coworkers from different departments in a relaxed setting.
