you will learn a lot here about the composites industry. Was very helpful in later finding a job elsewhere. They offer very good benefits as well.
Minpunten
management was not very good. In some cases it made it hard to come to work some days. Engineers aren't as willing as a fabricator would want them to be in most situations especially when it comes to the fabricators ideas.
