I have been with the company several years and things were great until they forced us back in the office 3 days a week. Many people are now struggling with a commute that is easily over an hour each way and have had to significantly cut back on personal commitments leaving us with a poor work life balance. It has completely killed morale across the organization. They won’t even be flexible with the hours that we work any longer! The entire employee base knows this was a soft reduction in workforce and that executive leadership was counting on a certain percentage of people to leave so that they wouldn’t have to actually do layoffs, pay severance packages and make public announcements.
