- Werken op afstand + diversiteit bij elkaar leidden vaak tot botsingen, cultuur werd steeds vijandiger - Interne communicatie moeizaam - "Tech Bro" cultuur

Interns have the possibility to learn a lot from the unique startup environment of ScanTrust by being assigned various responsibilities. It is also important to mention that the team is fantastic and the founders are concerned about the well-being of the employees. Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity and a great experience both professionally and socially.

Minpunten

Sometimes it could be chaotic but it is normal due to the startup environment.
