Minpunten
London Living Wage and starting/finishing times don´t go well toghether due to the high cost of transport. Managers follow pretty much a hierarchical model and don´t take in suggestions from employees. AirCon in Wonderlab gallery has not worked for the last 4 summers and it´s still unfixed. It's imposible to take holidays when you want due to short staffing. Staff retention is very low and there is a chronic situation of short staffed galleries which bring the team to even more stress. Close to zero career oportunities.
