We're going outside our comfort zone with some of the initiatives so there is huge potential for personal and company growth. We have engineering advocates placed in middle & senior management positions who are bringing better balance to our priorities. Political capital is earned with merit. Minpunten
The current application of Agile seems to benefit managers more than contributors. Work can be overly task-oriented. Tons of technical debt to pay down. We are at least oriented in the right direction, but progress has been frustratingly slow.
