The company is still adopting the Agile method and there's alot of POs who refuse to conform to the model. They load up sprints with absurd number of points and expect everything to be done. This comes at the expense of thorough QA testing. Bugs get introduced into the product and at the release time, long hours (10+) are required to test all the fixes.
