Fraud Company for Freshers - werkgeversreview Field Engineer bij Scope Telecom

There is not any good thing I ever felt about this company.

During joining the company, they charge around 25 thousands like a fraud. They force their employees to work under terrible conditions & then also after so much hard work they don't get their salary on time. And for freshers they just fool them and take money as security which I mentioned above, so l request you to all that don't ever pay them a single penny. After resignation I have returned all company assets but then also they don't clear my salary & it's been a year whenever you call to HR they say to you that we will clear in a 3-4 days and like that days convert into a week and week convert into months and months convert into year and then you realise that you will never going to get your hard earned money ever. They just don't make me fool but I know so many people and many of them are my friend & colleges those have lose their money as well So I request you to all that please don't ever joined this company.

You can easily get job even if you have active back logs or year back in your engineering. No requirement of communication skills. TA/DA comes at daily basis. Very easy interview.

Firstly you have to deposit 25k as a bond which you are hardly going to complete😓. Actually you'll work as a rigger almost like labour. Forget word "engineer". You have to climb towers, carry antena on your shoulders, pull ropes etc. For 1st month salary is 0😆 then 5k for next 3 and then 8-12k Salary never comes on time. They deduct salary even for minute reasons. Sometimes you even won't know the reason. So hardly you get complete salary at least I had not seen any of my colleagues getting it. No holiday even you have to work on Sundays and remember if you take it your salary is deducted and if you take more than approved leave then per day deduction is equal to your 2 days salary.
