it's good for those first time-er. good for those who are looking for experience to put in resume. easy jobs for those easy accounts

stressful shifting scheds and unfair distribution of OTs during critical working days/months. incentives are hard to achieve and if there is, so many requirements that it's almost impossible to achieve. unfair supervisors. but there are also supervisors that will treat you well
