Work here if you want to get paid less then you deserve, earn no recognition, have a low chance for growth, and work at a company that has extremely bad ethical practices. Work here if you enjoy a company telling you they spent over a million on a new website, and then cut your wage to make up for the cost. If you enjoy being forced to watch hour long non-work related propaganda videos about how good the company is in your spare time, you will also love working here.

High work pressure and stress Short deadlines for projects and tasks. Not overtime paid work, just you will be asked to work for free, no hours banking. Not paid well for juniors compared to market. No life balance.
