Pluspunten
I can't really find any. I am embarrassed I worked here for so long. The old building is kind of nice I guess.
Minpunten
I worked as a runner here for 5 months. They treat you so badly. It was completely unpaid with apparently the opportunity for a paid job after you do your running. Travel/lunches was not covered. (although they didn't mind you collecting your social once a week). The full time staff look down their noses at you as they know you won't get any opportunity to advance so they don't care when you try to get some experience from them. Runners were tasked with incredibly menial jobs like carrying lunches on trays to staff like it is some sort of 16th century palace. Many other runners were shouted at by staff if they entered a room without knocking or entered when there was a screening on we weren't told about. You would spend your day walking on eggshells around some of the staff. The is no system for training runners or giving them a chance to learn. You are supposed to ask staff for "sit-ins" but in my 5 months here I was always told "maybe next week" which never happened, staff always say they're too busy, or else there is too much runner chores to be done to allow you time off to learn. They quite often get family members in who are in college, and school kids who are sons and daughters of friends who they seem to have plenty of time to train up but they have zero time for a runner who goes out and buys your lunch for you every day and serves it to you on a platter and then cleans up your mess after you. During my time here I would say approx 25 different runners passed through the doors with none of them gaining a job.
