As I joined recently, I found the interview process at Scrumconnect was refreshingly straightforward and well-organised. Both were clearly structured, professionally conducted, and felt like a genuine two-way conversation rather than a one-sided assessment. The whole experience gave me a strong first impression of the culture — collaborative, experienced, and people-focused. I joined Scrumconnect recently and my experience has been very positive. The team is welcoming and almost everyone in the company is approachable, which makes settling in much easier. There are overall good employee benefits like private health insurance, reasonable holidays. There are good learning opportunities. I can see it’s a fast-growing company with a strong, forward-moving culture. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to switch companies, especially if you value growth and collaboration. The best part has been the HR team — they’re very responsive and genuinely helpful with any queries, from onboarding onwards.
