I saw people go on maternity leave, be pregnant and instantly not fit into the business. Have their jobs changed after 6 months because they didn’t have rights anymore. Get kicked out of group chats because they thought they ‘weren’t coming back’, even though they were on maternity leave looking after a new born. The WhatsApp groups should be investigated because they’re spend more time speaking badly of colleagues than doing work.
It’s run by a very well educated man who turns a blind eye to the culture because he needs to make money for the PE company.
Women aren’t valued, as much as they fake say they are.
If you’re not in the clan, they don’t care.
Loads of jumped up young lads who think they can speak to people as they want and it’s overlooked because they’re friends with the owners.
People and directors openly discuss one individual who is horrible but makes money. He upsets everyone but it doesn’t matter because he makes money. Make that make sense.
Horrible experience, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
