Sometimes you have to grind

Yes, you may find yourself working long hours sometimes, but that is the nature of any fast growing company. But that's because you want to do the work, not because you are being forced to. - Product-market fit is there and only getting better. Leadership really understands our space well, as well as the larger startup space. The latter is highly important to our growth. They understand both the long-term vision and the short-term needs and are great at balancing both without sacrificing one or the other. - It's truly a place where everyone has a voice, even as the company has doubled in less than a year. Have a great idea? Just speak up, and you'll be heard. Everyone from the CEO down is highly supportive and positive. It's a truly inclusive place.

Time zones can be tough (Mostly West Coast US and Europe) but it's not unusual and I've dealt with it before. Once you can figure out the nuances, it doesn't become a barrier, as long as you can handle some early mornings :)
