Stable hours, get to be on your feet, lots of down time outside of busy hours, easy to enough once you get the day to day process down

Minpunten

Dirty facility. This place serves a sort of homeless shelter. They are rude and overly strict with “tenants”. Lots of micromanagement. Don’t care about employees. Typical dead end job. Don’t take this unless you absolutely have to, and if you do, look for something better to get out.

Pay is decent and depending on the store the hours are not bad,

Unorganized management Too much gossip at work especially higher up only 3 day training which is not sufficient with CRM program learning Managers adjust schedules last minute they reward subpar work while the real workers get penalized Higher management will pass the work on you
