Management is allergic to critics and feedback, ruling with an iron fist against popular department opinions. Communication only goes one-way: from managers to employees. Employees must be aware of all comms at all times but employee emails and queries sent to management are ignored for weeks. Suffocating micro-management. Zero transparency and internal company communications: EMEA company benefits are outdated and it is never a priority to refresh them. Achieving yearly goals does not guarantee a salary raise, due to overly vague yearly goals. If any raise, it rarely matches post-2021 inflation.
