The client that we have at the time, is very engaging and very stimulating. It gave us a good challenge to have a career growth and grow our knowledge, when it comes to Cybersecurity. People from the main HQ are so pompous and full of themselves. They never give a second thought to what is happening to us here in the PH, moreover the decision-making when it comes to super typhoon and flooding is delayed and very inconsiderate, also when we demanded a WFH setup for PH holidays, they gave us almost an ominous robotic response of stating that the office work always must be fulfilled than anything else. They will let you shoulder your own certifications and when you pass, they will reimburse you and will set you for a bond minimum of 2 years :). Lastly I want to take note of who you trust in the office, specially never trust who is in management and upper management. Never.
