The CEO, James, trusts his employees to learn new skills and get out of their comfort zones to grow professionally and in many ways personally. He once told me that he didn't hire me for what I could do now, but for what I could be able to do in the future. He has come through on that statement as I have been given the opportunity to work on many aspects of the business that I never had the opportunity to do before. James and the rest of the team push you to be the best version of yourself and to get better each day. This is a fully remote company, and you have to be the right kind of person to be successful in a fully remote environment. Communication amongst the team is better than some in-office settings I have been in before in the past however. This is a growth-stage organization that requires hard work from its employees. We take time to celebrate our successes, but we never take our eye off of our goals. If you are looking for an environment to skate by in, then this is not the place for you.
