The pay is good as long as you keep in mind the average pay in thr Jacksonville Fla area is 32k.

Minpunten

Constant pressure and unrealistic, unrelenting goals. Eventually you'll probably have to put some time in for counselling for stress. Constantly feel like your jobs on the line. This place is a revolving door. Commission structures are confusing and constantly changing just to benefit upper management.

Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

Minpunten

The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
