During my time at the company, I've had the chance to work with some very talented and intelligent individuals. I feel like upper management really cares about employees and will take time to get to know you and listen to your concerns. There are opportunities to advance in your career if you are hard-working and motivated. Additionally, I really like all of the people here.

Minpunten

The industry itself is a bit slow-moving and the company can be like that, too. This might be a downside for someone looking for something a bit more exciting.

Any Pro I would have is outwaited by the overall negative experience.

Minpunten

A firehose of false leads. The people calling in think they are calling in for a food card. There is no food card. They expect you to change their Medicare plan after they called in under false pretenses.
