This company is trying so hard to rebrand itself to its employees and it's kind of funny to watch.
Minpunten
All they care about is making money by screwing the customers over and forcing office staff to deal with the backlash. $50 rate increases twice a year to customers who are already sick of their crap. Meanwhile, each store is micromanaged to death because they love to hire managers who couldn't run a store solo if their lives depended on it. Once you are a store manager, there is 0 room for growth. All upper management positions are hired on from the outside so you can't even effect change if you wanted to.
