Working at SelfDecode has changed my life for the better. I never worked remotely before so I didn't know what to expect. But, creating my own hours has seriously improved my life, the flexibility is amazing. Besides for the great work/life balance I am able to get due to the flexibility I truly enjoy what I do. Working for a company that ultimately wants to improve people's' health really adds purpose to your job and increases motivation. It's a great place to work if you are self motivated and enjoy flexibility!
