      My first corporate experience. I was lucky to have had a wonderful team lead who really helped me to pick up development matters.

      Communications sometimes is poor between departments. Career Opportunities not great as expected.

      Management style is very straightforward and hands off for the most part. Depending on your role, hours can be long and underpaid. Joe Cohen is a character but friendly overall.

      Propensity to direct blame if things go wrong.
