Pluspunten
This role allowed me to bolster my Excel and research skills, as well as gain a good level of knowledge of different businesses all over the world. The remote nature of the role means no long commutes (perfect during winter months), giving you more time during the day which allowed me to take an online course during the evenings - something I doubt I would have done had I needed to commute to and from work each day. You are part of a team of people in the same role - so you're not catching up on large amounts of work upon return from taking annual leave. Company closes down for Christmas period, giving you free annual leave usually from a few days before Christmas up until just after New Year. They also offer company 'unplug days' which are essentially company-wide days off. However they offered 4 a year when I first joined and only 1 in my last year (will probably only be 0.5 of a day next year)
Minpunten
Like most roles, the job can be mundane. Most days are spent sourcing leads from Linkedin sales navigator, which is essentially scrolling through pages of search results. The teams were split up into small 'pods' shortly before I left, leaving the opportunity for growth considerably stifled. Annual Leave allowance is just 20 days, however that doesn't include bank holidays and the aforementioned Christmas shut down.
