Pluspunten
- taught me what I don't want out of a career
- the office space was kinda nice
Minpunten
- strict management (at least in the LA office) — have to ask to go to the bathroom, yelled at when ~2 minutes late, discouraged from socializing, etc.
- largely geared towards younger interns/people who don't know what a healthy workplace looks like
- only a few hours of work to do each day, but expected to "be productive" the whole time
- interns get very little actual responsibility, and no say in any decisions made or deliverables that go out
- as a current career professional who has worked at prominent DC organizations, I had 7 internships during college and all were better than this one ... by a lot unfortunately
- (will admit that I'm not sure if this is a larger problem across all DF offices or just this one — or an issue with just the management I had)
