Great management, opportunity for training and growth within the company. Its an honest company with high quality products and strides for customer satisfaction, which is something to be proud of.

Minpunten

The company changed to a more centralized business model some years back and America's location changing from a separately run subsidiary to working and reporting directly to Germany caused US employees to take a hit. No more bonus checks, less of a company culture and some employment/logistic details can get tricky. I believe these changes are temporary and as the company works out the kinks things will improve.
