Geweldig productidee, getalenteerde mensen (meestal, zolang ze rond blijven hangen).

Minpunten

Verschrikkelijk (top)management, vooral de CEO. Hij zou eigenlijk een heel goed bedrijf ten gronde kunnen richten als ze hem niet in vorm krijgen of hem gewoon ontslaan. Een duidelijk geval van een techneut met een briljant idee maar zonder managementvaardigheden die een CEO-baan eist. Hij micromanaget zijn managementteam, wat vaak leidt tot een angstig management, dat vervolgens ook begint te micromanagen, ook al hebben ze getalenteerde mensen die voor hen werken die hun vak erg goed kennen. Ze hebben zo een hoog personeelsverloop; het management ontdoet zich in een bevlieging van mensen alleen maar omdat het kwaad is over het resultaat van zijn eigen stomme acties.

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Minpunten

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
