-Some genuinely talented and kind people across teams who care about the mission. -The core product is solid and respected in the industry. -Occasional opportunities to take initiative.

Minpunten

-Organization and communication are a mess. Teams operate in silos, and information rarely makes it to the people who actually need it. -Leadership changes direction constantly with little transparency, leaving employees scrambling to adjust. -Morale suffers because expectations aren’t clear. -HR and upper management are reactive instead of proactive, problems linger until they blow up.

There's job security, generous PTO, and Good incentives when you reach the 5 year mark.

Minpunten

There's a lot of micromanagement, silly metrics centered around "engaging with your coworkers" that could actually impact your pay, and extremely high call volumes. The pay range didn't justify the time spent when you realize new hires start at a pay rate that the people who onboarded before 2016 had to work years to reach.
