I have been at Sentry for almost three years and I wish I would have started working there sooner. If you like a dynamic work environment with many opportunities and like learning this is the place for you. I have learned so much in the almost three years that I have been there that I feel like is paid training everyday. This has opened other opportunities but non have offered what I have at Sentry, great coworkers that love their work and are proud of it. I absolutely enjoy my job.

The company has tripled in the last 5 years in a period of time where significant change has come to the parking industry. Growth can be uncomfortable at times. Onboarding and training at scale have been a challenge; however, Sentry has taken significant steps to emphasize the importance of training and knowledge as we head into 2017 and beyond. The number of already scheduled domestic and international training opportunities for Sentry employees in 2017 is more than double the amount of training which took place in 2016. What has been a weaker link in the last couple of years should become a strength soon.
