This company has been short staffed since they purchased Viking Insurance, years ago. Micromanagement is everywhere. How many phone calls are made out and answered are documented each day. There are reports on everything, and emails sent daily on how terrible a job everyone is doing. Most people work at least 50, if not 60 hours a week. It is impossible to get the job done in 40 hours. Supervisors are constantly in files requiring more work to be done.
Turnover is rampant, with over 25% off people having leftover this year! Management has little sympathy and the claims just keep coming in.
Human resources is unprofessional and is not to be trusted.
